Wash your hair with the Gamarde shampoo tailored to your hair type. Rinse thoroughly, then rub the scalp with the Stimulating Lotion: Take the body of the ampoule between two fingers. Break off the ampoule head with the other hand. Press the applicator onto the head of the ampoule. Press the applicator until you get the desired content.
